Couple Program

  • In this program you will get 12 weeks consultation support along with detailed call consultation
  • Weekly Diet charts and Provide the links needed Supplementation A hall mark to achieve better pregnancy outcomes
  • You will have a dedicated Nutritionist to support you for 12 weeks
  • We will share the meal plan for every 2 weeks as per your previous week feedback / weight loss and daily diet updates ( If you fail to update your weight progress, Diet updates, your meal plans will be delayed or Lapsed or we may ask to repeat it as we don’t understand your progress)
  • The meal plans will be changed only when it followed correctly and provided us the daily diet updates
  • The meal plans will be totally home cooked, we don't allow any packaged food, ready to eat stuff. All the meals have to be cooked in your own kitchen
  • All the recipes are easy to cook and will share sample written recipes along with Link
  • Daily Diet Monitoring and progress check- we will ask to share meal plates through WhatsApp support number
  • You will be having follow ups for every 10 days and we will personally guide you for any changes
  • Your Plan Duration starts post payment in 2 working days and The Program in Not TRANSFERABLE , EXTENDABLE ONLY FOR 10 DAYS and NOT REFUNDABLE
  • We can Freeze the program for 10 days only in case of any emergency not beyond that ( Eg: If your program starts on Jan1st then your program will be ends on March 26th + 10 days Grace period)
  • A lifestyle is something which you should be able to adapt it hence we share healthy food recipes along with physical activity of – 45 mins of Brisk walking
  • Post Payment you will receive the plan in 2 working days and you need to start the program in next 2 days
  • We share plans only under our consultation duration(12 weeks) and We don’t share All plans at One time.
  • You have choosen our program voluntarily and completely understand our protocol
  • Husband will be taken over the call
